This website, www.cubanacanhoteles.com, hereinafter The Site, is for the personal and non-commercial use of the client in accordance with the Terms and Conditions set forth below, and as a condition of its use, the client will guarantee RESLINE that you will not use the Site for any illegal purpose or other purpose that is prohibited in the Terms and Conditions. Specifically, the customer may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, publish, display, license, create derivative works from, or sell any services, information, or software obtained from The Site.

Customer communicates electronically with RESLINE whenever Customer visits The Site or sends email through The Site. RESLINE will communicate with the client posting the notices on the Site, or by email. Customer agrees that all notices, agreements, and other information that RESLINE provides electronically satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.

RESLINE may make improvements and/or changes to The Site at any time.

The client must pay all the nights reserved for the desired service. The card will be charged within 24 hours after making your reservation. The charge will be in EUROS currency and your invoice will state: “CUBANACAN Reserve”. The total amount includes all charges for accommodation. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls, and room service will be handled directly between the client and the facility.

Reserve confirmation:

Through The Site, RESLINE confirms to the client in real time (on-line) the request for each reservation according to the availability displayed on The Site.

RESLINE will send the client two simultaneous emails, the first with the information provided by the client, and the second with the invoice originating from the payment made. The client must show the invoice received at the hotel reception at the beginning of their stay (check in).

Entrance to the hotel:

The hotel reserves the right to admit the client before the established schedule according to availability. Check in will take place at 16:00 hrs, local time.

Hotel exit:

The hotel reserves the right to allow the client to check out after the established time according to availability. Check Out will take place at 2:00 p.m. local time.

Customer service and claims:

Cancellation Policies:

Once the client has paid for their reservation, the following Cancellation Policy will apply:

Reservation Cancellation:

The client may cancel his reservation up to 72 hours prior to entering the hotel, and 85% of the total amount of the reservation will be returned.

RESLINE will send the customer the notification of the return.

Reservation Modification:

To modify the reservation, the client must previously request cancellation and make a new reservation.

No Presentation (No Show):

The hotels will allow the entrance to the client's hotel until 24:00 hrs after the initial date and time of the entry according to the reservation. After the first 24 hours without showing up, the hotel reserves the right to give the reservation a NO SHOW.

The No SHOW or no show at the hotel by the client, will imply the loss of the total value corresponding to the payment of the first night, and 50% of the total remaining value of the reservation for the other nights reserved.

If the reservation was made for a single night, then 50% of the value of the payment made for the reservation will be refunded.

In the event of a Force Majeure situation (read: natural catastrophes, conflicts in the region, accidents declared by any country authority) that prevents the arrival at the client's hotel within 24 hours after the reservation, the client must contact the hotel and make your situation known.

Ease of booking:

Claim and Refund for breach of service:
